Teenagers do not get enough sleep

Today: 29Oct14
The average teenager needs 8.5 hours to 9.5 hours of sleep per night.
Due to puberty, it is difficult for them to sleep before 11pm. Based on biological sleep needs, they should get up around 8am.
And electronic distractions are cutting their sleep further. Institute an electronic curfew before bedtime.
